Zach recently facilitated a YesAndLife™program as a workshop and networking event for the YPN in Greenville, North Carolina.

I fully customize corporate training and organizational development programs centered around the principles of applied improvisation. Client programs focus on empathy and active listening, effective leadership, creativity in business and consumer engagement, sales and relationship building, embracing uncertainty, workforce diversity, collaboration, overcome negativity and conflict resolution.

I can be flexible based on the scope of your event and am comfortable with any size audience: half- and full-day programs for small and medium teams, solo coaching for executives, keynotes for your annual meetings or interactive breakouts for conferences. If you are new to booking professional development resources and event planning, I am happy to help. Reach out. Let me know what you're working on and we can make sure you are in the right place, together.

Clients include Procter & Gamble, Comcast, Oracle (Bronto), Motorola, Old Navy, YMCA, AdWerx, Eller Capital, Citrix, GSK, Biogen, Scynexis, McKinney, Center for Creative Leadership, Piedmont Health, The Redwoods Group, Allscripts, American Association of Law Libraries, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Duke University, Arkansas State, Boston College and Nourish International.

Booking includes industry research and prep calls with program stakeholders, custom program development and content delivered by one trainer. Travel fees negotiated for programs greater than 75 miles outside Chapel Hill, NC. Some clients prefer to have multiple trainers delivering program content in simultaneous sessions. (No fear! I've got an incredible team of coaches and teaching artists.)
