Great Workout, Zach!

QUESTION: Am I THAT easy? I’m about to drop everything on my Task List and head to the gym on a productive Tuesday afternoon because I cannot wait for a “Great Workout!” — motivation from equipment programmed to say “Great Workout!” regardless of how Great my workout actually is.

ANSWER: Yeah, I AM that easy. At least, it’s started to happen. Lately the raw adrenaline, endorphins and comments on my appearance (READ: weight loss, not to mention how I feel after working out and how much EASIER working out has become) — Lately ZW Works Out has taken over and I love it.

Now to the gym. Back to the blog later.

Eating Healthy +

I still feel like that kid (but not as much as I used to).

Those ladies are REALLY speaking my language (well, ZW 2009).

But a couple months ago my life turned a corner, for a lot of reasons.

I’ve been working out deliberately for a couple years, but I started to step it up with #pushupclub and crunches and planks (OH MY!), and I honestly feel AWESOME. I feel when I need to drink more water; I’ve replaced chips with almonds; I’ve decreased my bread intake; Fruit smoothies with protein are incredible snacks; I want to hit the gym when I eat latenight. I enjoy my favorite foods more when I’ve worked out.

My favorite foods include Steak, Steak, Bacon, Coffee, Chocolate Cake and Steak.

And Now… VegetablesBut broccoli? Broccoli still sucks.

U Has My Workout Clipz

ZW-workout-proof

My workout clips actually help make me work harder, faster and burn more calories (although I’m sure the people at my gym think I’m crazy). From the Elliptical at Carolina Fitness, I talk about life, my workout progress, improv, comedy, producing festivals, business, or sometimes I’ll just do sweaty bits.

Enjoy some recent episodes of ZW Works Out.

#1 Improv Community, Migration of Talent, and Comedy Theater Scalability in small markets. (clip)

#2 Teaching Improv to New Students, Entertainment VS Education and Team/Community Building. (clip)

#3 Game of the Scene as it applies IN REAL LIFE to interactions off the comedy stage. (clip)

More episodes of ZW Works Out are only 45 minutes away. Well… 45 minutes at the gym, about an hour to import and edit video, and up to 190 minutes to upload (TIME WARNER CABLE SUCKS!)

Any sweaty questions you want me to answer?
