You Are Here

ONION HEAD MONSTER, Artwork by PAUL FRIEDRICH

“You Are Here” hangs on the wall in my bedroom. I see it when I wake up and — because it can take a while for the ZW gears to slow down when I do decide to sleep — I end up staring at that quote every night. It’s a great reminder for me to stay in the moment and to fully appreciate wherever HERE may be each day.

I am extremely happy with my life.

But I’ve not always been completely satisfied (SHOCK! What!?) — During times in both my personal and professional life when I needed to face difficult situations, as my first step, I would acknowledge and simply accept where HERE was so that I could work towards effective change and not end up THERE again.

Be A Lifestyle Architect

Hustle, but Make sure to make Work work for you.

Are you OVERWORKED? Are you employed in what could be considered a “lifestyle” business? Do you schedule your own work hours but often realize it’s easier to count the amount of time you’re not working rather than keep track of billable hours on the clock? What great spoils have you accumulated? What do you own that you cannot enjoy because of work? Do you have a pet who could care less about ROI?

Be A Lifestyle Architect … but MAYBE you should keep it to yourself for now.
