I’ve got a lot to write about this week — My blog did not keep me honest in February. I did not LIVE blog the NC Comedy Arts Festival as it was happening like I wanted to, and a LOT happened. But it’s over (24 days later) and I’m back to regular life and working on the theater. Two rehearsals today for DSI Witness News and March Madness. Btw, Our new DSI Company performers are AWESOME!
But I don’t have time for details. I just wanted to let the world know that NOT ONLY am I pushing myself to film ZW Works Out EVERYDAY in March (should be interesting since I’ll be in Austin, TX March 11-21 for #SXSW) but I am starting Stage One of the Caveman Power Diet. AHHHHHH!
So, in honor of the daily grazing and one-time daily feasting that starts TOMORROW, I am enjoying a latenight snack from Holland. Stroopwafles! Soft Waffles, Caramel and Rene Duquesnoy FTW!

My trying the caveman diet was inspired by Kevin Thom.
What do you think?

Ahhh I didn’t get to chat with you about this when I was there. It was a whirlwind trip for me, and I’m sure more of a hurricane to you. Looking forward to seeing how you make out with this. And by make out I mean totally suck face.
I slammed a glass of water today as soon as I got up but forgot to buy the fruit and unsalted nuts to graze. Starting to get hungry. Heading to Weaver Street soon, to suck face with hipster sadness (and buy fruit).
Does this mean you’ll be dragging company members by the hair and doing finger drawings on the wall?
I discovered that Trader Joes has a vast selection of roasted unsalted almonds. Remember that cashews and peanuts do not qualify for the caveman diet, because they are legumes masquerading as nuts.
Legumes!
